provided pre-development tenant lease coordination and technical support
services on JSS Advisors, LLC's Wayne Town Center, a US$70 million commercial center revitalization
project. The Wayne Town Center project is currently an enclosed mall located at the intersection of Interstate 80, Route 46 and Route 23 in Wayne, NJ. The new redevelopment plan leaves the two current major tenants in place while creating a new free-standing lifestyle mall. Adding approximately 240,000 square feet of ground floor retail with a tenant mix featuring retail and dining, the project will total 750,000 square feet when completed. Tenants include DSW Shoe Warehouse, Bahama Breeze, Olive Garden, TGIF, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Fresh City and others. |
